We offer continuing professional development (CPD) in relation to behaviour improvement in schools is several ways:
- Bespoke training for whole school staff of mainstream and special schools (including the independent sector) and pupil referral units designed to meet the specific needs of each institution.
- Work with individual teachers, who are experiencing difficulties. Individual programmes of support are worked out to meet individual needs and circumstances but typically would include lesson observations, one-to-one coaching, target-setting and review. This approach can be used to in conjunction with formal training opportunities.
- Training for groups of teaching assistants, supplemented by on-going coaching, if required.

In addition, we provide behaviour improvement training courses through several of our partners: the National Union of Teachers, SENJIT (Special Educational Needs Joint Initiative for Training), part of London University’s Institute of Education, and individual schools.
