Behaviour Improvement in Schools Training

We offer continuing professional development (CPD) in relation to behaviour improvement in schools is several ways:

  • Bespoke training for whole school staff of mainstream and special schools (including the independent sector) and pupil referral units designed to meet the specific needs of each institution.
  • Work with individual teachers, who are experiencing difficulties. Individual programmes of support are worked out to meet individual needs and circumstances but typically would include lesson observations, one-to-one coaching, target-setting and review. This approach can be used to in conjunction with formal training opportunities.
  • Training for groups of teaching assistants, supplemented by on-going coaching, if required.

Please contact us for further details of our bespoke training for schools or consortia.

In addition, we provide behaviour improvement training courses through several of our partners: the National Union of Teachers, SENJIT (Special Educational Needs Joint Initiative for Training), part of London University’s Institute of Education, and individual schools.
